Job Title: Creative Producer – Kannada About The Role We are seeking a versatile and driven Creative Producer to lead fiction content creation across KUKU FM and KUKU TV. The ideal candidate is passionate about Kannada storytelling, skilled in both audio and video content creation, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in shaping engaging long-form fiction audio shows and original micro dramas, while ensuring content meets platform and audience expectations across both mediums. Key Responsibilities Ideate, script, and oversee production of long-form Kannada fiction audio shows. Develop compelling micro-drama narratives tailored for Kuku TV. Continuously build a pool of original story ideas that encourage binge-worthy consumption. Conduct QA for Kannada scripts to ensure linguistic quality, consistency in tone, and narrative strength. Perform video quality checks for micro dramas and dubbed content to align with platform standards. Coordinate dubbing sessions for fiction and drama content. Oversee voice performance quality and sync for both audio shows and dubbed video content. Work closely with the acquisition and operations teams to ensure timely content delivery. Partner with the creative team to elevate narrative structure and visual storytelling elements. Collaborate with production houses, Dubbing Studios , external writers, voice artists, editors, and translators to maintain high creative standards. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years Work experience as Writer /Creative producer/Director similar roles where you had to develop fiction content and work with Fiction content preferably audio or video. Strong understanding of Kannada language, literature, and pop culture. Experience in script editing, dubbing coordination, and quality checks for both audio and video formats. Prior experience in micro drama or TV or OTT Platforms is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for innovation in storytelling and audience engagement.
