This position is open for our entertainment & pop-culture platform: Next Door Indian Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Responsibilities: Oversee the creative vision and strategic direction of the platform, ensuring a diverse content mix that ranges from entertainment to casual everyday insights. Lead and guide a team of content creators, graphic designers, and editors to ensure timely and high-quality content production. Plan and execute content strategies that enhance audience engagement and platform growth. Manage content schedules and postings across all social media channels. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure content aligns with current trends and organizational goals. Monitor analytics to guide content decisions and report on performance. Qualifications: Creative thinker with a passion for crafting engaging, relatable, and occasionally sarcastic content that resonates with a youthful audience. Proven experience in a leadership role within content creation or creative direction, ideally in a digital media environment. Strong understanding of social media management and strategy. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a creative team. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead projects to completion.
