Job Description: Responsible for supporting creative strategies and brand communication while also handling day-to-day social media management for TheBoredMonkey’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages. Will actively participate in performance marketing ideation and assist in writing effective content pieces across platforms. Responsibilities: 1. Managing and executing content strategy for TheBoredMonkey’s social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. 2. Assisting in ideation and writing for performance marketing campaigns, including ad copies and scripts. 3. Collaborating with the creative team to brainstorm and contribute to content creation across digital touchpoints. 4. Staying on top of digital trends and incorporating them into content strategy. 5. Supporting strategy, copy, and execution for internal and client-facing projects. 6. Developing content calendars and coordinating with design teams to ensure timely delivery. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar creative/content/strategy role. Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn—from algorithm to audience. Ability to write engaging and effective short-form and long-form content. Someone who is aware of relevant trends and content opportunities.
