Creator Growth Lead Location: Mumbai | Experience: 3-6 years The Role We're looking for a self-driven leader who will own and evolve YouTube creator growth engine. Youll manage a small team (2–3 people) and work closely with creators, guiding them to quickly scale up and increase affiliate revenue. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, creator relationships, and hustle. Your charter will begin with YouTube but will expand across other platforms, niches, and formats based on what works. If you're excited by ambiguity, early-stage building, and working directly with creators — this role is for you. Your key responsibilities- 1. Lead the firm's YouTube affiliate growth vertical and lead key experiments 2. Onboard creators, analyze growth levers, test content 3. Lock deals with creators and grow creator posting and consistency month on month 4. Build playbooks to grow creators’ affiliate revenue via optimized content and channel strategy 5. Work 1:1 with creators and help them unlock higher earning through our platform 6. Coach and manage a lean team of creator success managers 7. Coordinate across product, marketing, and ops for experiments, campaigns, and feature adoption 8. Drive a performance-focused, fast-moving culture with clear success metrics Key Skill-sets: 1. 3–6 years of experience in creator management , social media growth , influencer marketing , or growth ops 2. Prior experience working with YouTubers or affiliate creators a big plus 3. Hands-on with tools like YouTube Studio, Google Trends, and affiliate dashboards 4. Strong team and project management chops — you can keep multiple balls in the air 5. Startup mindset: fast, frugal, ownership-driven , and comfortable with chaos 6. Excellent communication: can coach creators and report to leadership with clarity 7. Startup instinct: adaptable, quick-learning, and unfazed by pivots 8. Strong bias for action, and a builder’s mindset
