Job Description

Supports credentialing team leads with overseeing interviewing, work distribution, orientation, training, staff development, problem resolution, evaluating performance, making recommendations for personnel actions, and motivating employees to achieve peak performance. Oversees day-to-day operations Credentialing functions through maintaining appropriate staffing levels and productivity to meet targeted service levels, turnaround times, and satisfaction/quality levels. Escalates issues to the relevant departments. Directs and manages compliance with assigned corporate processes. Creates and maintains departmental policies and procedures working closely with the credentialing US team on best practices. Ensures overall compliance with facilities policy and procedures, US state and federal regulatory entities and participate/assist with facility audits/surveys . Facilitates meetings and ensures follow up and ongoing proactive communication with key stakeholders. Creating Weekly/ Monthly and Daily Reports. Serves as a resource and subject matter expert to the credentialing staff on performance improvement Proficient using office productivity software tools Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Project management experience asses work activities and allocates resources appropriately Experience in credentialing & technical skills extensive credentialing process and primary source verification knowledge Open for WFO/ Pune Location.
