Job Description1. Create engaging social media content, including photos and videos of apartments.2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate tenant leads.3. List apartments on property platforms and the company website.4. Conduct lead analysis to identify performance trends and optimize marketing efforts.5. Perform marketing channel analysis and find innovative ways to generate leads.6. Collaborate with the Customer Experience Specialist team to get their feedback on the quality ofleads and actively work with them to find ways to increase lead quality.7. Ensure all marketing assets are updated and aligned with RentMAX branding.8. Follow up on leads generated by the above marketing efforts and convert into successful site visits9. Guide the site team on which apartments to showcase based on tenant preferences.10. Update all relevant tenant information and deal details in the CRM system.11. Follow up with tenants and ensure successful closure of transactions between owner-tenant12. Take follow-ups from the site team and tenants to ensure tenant onboarding is completed.
