Role : Credit Audit Experience in undertaking credit audit for Retail / Corporate Agriculture, Infrastructure Finance, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor / farm equipments, Gold Loan etc. business. Role & responsibilities Performing Credit Audits for lending business (working capital as well as term loan products) as per the Risk Based Audit Plan. Review of credit due diligence process, documentation, early warning signals and pre-post sanction conditions. Review adherence to internal processes as well as regulatory guidelines. Identify potential weaknesses in credit risk evaluation, credit monitoring and overall credit related processes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Conducting Independent financial analysis and identify miss outs, if any, in credit assessment notes. Ability to assess Process, Risk and Controls and drive improvements. Responsible for: Preparation of Business Understanding Document and Audit Checklist ensuring adequate audit scope coverage. Assist in finalization of Sampling. Keep control of audit data and follow up with auditee for the same or generate the same from system to complete audit within stipulated timelines. Preparation of Audit Observations and Findings, independently handle Discussion/Closure of the same with auditee. Assist in preparation of audit reports with adequate documentation and post-report activities like closure of the audits in system and closure of actionable. Deliver on time high quality audit reports. Note: Credit Audit experience is mandatory Domain: Banking / NBFC
