Job Description

Designation - Trainer Credit Card Customer Service Department Roles & Responsibilities - o Program Development: Designing and developing training programs that align with the organization's goals and address the identified training needs. This may include both technical and soft skills training. o Training Content Creation: Creating training materials, resources, and presentations to deliver effective and engaging training sessions. o Training Delivery: Conducting NHT, refresher session, new product/process session either in-person or through virtual platforms. o Performance Reporting: Generate reports on the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement o Collaboration: Collaborate with operations, quality teams, and other stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives o Ongoing Training: Provide continuous training and development opportunities to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance o Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to agents and conduct coaching sessions to address areas for improvement o Training Material Creation: Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate effective learning and skill development. Ensure staff are well trained on all aspects of Product, Process, soft skills – Oral & written across the credit cards customer services. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate • Banking knowledge/ Sales/ Insurance will be an additional advantage • Excellent Written Communication Skill • Good Analytics Skills • Good Interpersonal Skills • Good Presentation Skills • Should have knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint Note :- Only for Experienced candidates, any Graduates can apply Excellent communication
