Role & responsibilities Job Description for FLS: Identify, develop, and build a Credit Life business portfolio for CHL to achieve intended targets by driving attachment rates in the allocated branches and locations through loan officers and branch heads in a multi-tie-up environment. Drive and motivate loan officers to achieve targets by driving the required attachment rates in assigned branches. Create focus at branch and regional levels along with hub heads to monitor and drive behavior. Monitor and guide the sales processes locally at RAH/HFC branches by sales coaching, liaising, and creating top-of-mind recall for credit life products. Engage, energize teams, and expand business in assigned branches. Track and coordinate the issuance of credit life cases logged in, timely reporting of attachment rates, identify training requirements, process know-how, etc., using the set matrix.
