ThRole & responsibilities Monitoring portfolio distribution, concentration, and segmental risk. Monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from the same across product, geography, program Conducting personal discussions with the customers to assess the willingness and capacity of the borrower to repay Keep a watch on the budgeted credit loss vis--vis actual credit losses and early indicators to suggest appropriate policy changes Monitoring of credit underwriting policy and framework Appropriate flagging and proposals under various categories and schemes Ensuring TAT is getting maintained from inward to sanction 100% scrutiny of customer documents and internal / external verification reports.
