Compliance Audit Management: Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity etc . Manage internal and external HR audits , ensuring alignment with employment regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate statutory records for compliance inspections and reporting purposes. Work closely with external agencies and auditors to address compliance-related requirements. 3. Policy Implementation Process Improvement: Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs to align with industry best practices. Monitor adherence to HR policies and provide recommendations for improvements . Support HR process automation , ensuring efficiency in documentation and reporting. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR administration, compliance, and audit management . Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR regulations . Experience in handling HR audits and liaising with external auditors. Proficiency in HRMS software (Keka preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills .
