Overview We're looking for someone to help us manage our customer and prospect relationships! You'll be a key part of making sure we talk to our potential and current customers in the right way, at the right time. This means helping to set up and run campaigns across media to keep them engaged with our offerings. Deliverables Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM - ensuring data accuracy. Develop and refine lead scoring and segmentation. Create and manage HubSpot workflows and automation. Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools. Design and execute email nurture campaigns. Track and report on key CRM metrics. Analyze data to optimize campaigns and processes. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Requirements 1-2 years of HubSpot CRM or marketing automation experience. Proficiency in HubSpot workflows, sequences, and reporting. Understanding of lead scoring and segmentation. Experience with HubSpot integrations. Good analytical and reporting skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
