How Youll Help Us Connect the World: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms, as well as relevant Salesforce certifications. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our customer success operations. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms. Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation. Perform data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. Provide training and support to Salesforce users. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange products.
