Job Title: CRM Analytics & Salesforce Specialist Work Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Chennai, Coimbatore Work Mode: Hybrid Job Type: Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CRM Analytics & Salesforce Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our Salesforce processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM Analytics, Salesforce administration, and data visualization to support the business. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and business acumen to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement CRM analytics to support key stakeholders. Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business processes and decision-making. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics and other BI tools. Build predictive models for data visualization to identify areas of core focus for our Sales teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data solutions. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrations. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights. Ensure proper data governance, compliance, and security protocols within Salesforce. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Present data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support for various projects. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Required Skills, Abilities, & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field. Proven experience in CRM analytics and Salesforce administration. Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Analytics, and data visualization tools. Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Familiarity with AI and predictive analytics within CRM platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in computer science
