Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a CRM Executive In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee operations on online marketplaces, ensuring seamless integration, effective listing management, and achieving sales targets. Role & responsibilities CRM Management: 1. Strategy Development: Implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Develop campaigns for email marketing, customer segmentation, and personalized outreach. 2.Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and optimize customer journeys. Track and report CRM performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 3. System Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 4. Customer Engagement: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and personalized product recommendations. Address customer inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in CRM management and/or marketplace management Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer retention Familiarity with CRM platforms, data analysis, and online marketplace operations is a plus
