Job Title: Tele caller & CRM Management Location: [Goregaon - East] Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller & CRM Manager to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage customer relationships, and evaluate sales teams performance through effective CRM Software. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally, and experience in CRM Management. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Maintain customer engagement and follow up on prospects. Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to customers in a clear and persuasive manner. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reports CRM Management Responsibilities: Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date customer information. Track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities. Generate sales reports and analyse customer trends to improve the sales team performance Coordinate with the sales team to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor team performance and provide training/coaching for team if required. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Good knowledge of CRM software
