Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a CRM Executive to join our dynamic CRM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, resolving grievances, and ensuring excellent customer support. This role demands a proactive approach to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold our brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Address customer queries and grievances through email, chat, and phone calls promptly and professionally. Monitor and resolve issues related to order tracking, delivery, returns, and refunds. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and marketing, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience. Provide personalized support to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1+ year of experience in customer service or CRM is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
