Job Description

To Co-ordinate between Sales Team & Internal Departments like Finished Goods Team, Production, QA, QC, R & D, Accounts To check Inventory after confirmation with FGs Team & accordingly inform the Sales Team for COA & its shipment readiness Thoroughly checking of COA before sharing it to customer To plan the shipment as per customer requirement To check the shipping documents before sending it to customer To maintain MS- Excel database in different files and provide reports as and when required to management To enter the data into ERP & provide its reports to the superiors To prepare weekly reports and analyse data for monthly MIS Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software specially MS - Excel and Data analytics. Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have good knowledge of Export Shipments (Shipping Documents, Logistics) Domain knowledge of biotechnology, biochemistry or life sciences. Take ownership of decision taken, problem solver and analytical mind set. Very good communicator and good listener. Eye for details and identify problem with solution-oriented approach. Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
