Position Overview: CRM (LSQ) Specialist The CRM (LSQ) Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing lead-to-sales qualification processes, ensuring effective lead nurturing and automation management. This role will focus on improving lead conversion, nurturing potential learners, and ensuring seamless communication between prospects and the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Handle and qualify leads efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate and timely information. Track and analyze lead conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for improved lead conversion. Generate reports on CRM effectiveness, response times, and lead status. Ensure a high level of prospect engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in managing LSQ is a must, preferably in education or edtech. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of leads efficiently. Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
