Roles and Responsibilities Manage CRM activities, including data entry, reporting, and analytics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. Ensure timely registration of sale deeds and post-sales documentation processes. Provide exceptional customer engagement by understanding their needs and preferences. Solve queries efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in CRM management or a related field (real estate industry preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
