Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor the CRM team to ensure seamless customer communication and support. Build and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and issues with a high degree of empathy and accountability. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure consistent and delightful customer experiences. Analyze customer data and feedback to generate insights for continuous improvement. Drive CRM software implementation, automation, and optimization for improved efficiency. Develop customer journey maps and communication flows. Represent the voice of the customer within the leadership team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience (7+ years) in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — customers and teams should feel uplifted after speaking with you. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and energize a team. A customer-obsessed mindset and the ability to resolve conflicts with grace and fairness. Experience with CRM software and data-driven decision-making. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
