CRM Manager/ Zoho Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven CRM Manager/Zoho One Manager to lead the design and execution of customer loyalty journeys that increase customer lifetime value and build brand advocacy. The ideal candidate is motivated, analytical, and has 3–4 years of experience working with customer loyalty programs and the Zoho One ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Zoho One applications—including CRM, Campaigns, and related modules—to support the organization’s lead management and customer engagement strategies.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across Zoho One by implementing consistent data quality standards and best practices.Design and execute automated customer journeys through drip campaigns, workflow rules, data validation, and custom triggers.Manage email campaigns using Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM tools to increase engagement, nurture leads, and drive conversions.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using built-in analytics and reporting tools to continually optimize communication strategies.Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports that deliver actionable insights into customer behavior, sales performance, and pipeline health.Leverage Zoho One's advanced analytics and automation tools to identify trends, uncover growth opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver tailored CRM and reporting solutions using Zoho One.
