Marketing Automation Executive Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel Job Purpose: As a Marketing Automation Executive, you will assist in implementing and automating marketing processes, setting up performance measurement tools, and optimizing customer engagement strategies. Your role will involve supporting marketing teams with data-driven insights, campaign execution, and technology adoption. What you will be doing: Assist in setting up and executing marketing automation campaigns across various platforms. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer journeys and marketing workflows. Support in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights. Manage email marketing and customer engagement tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, or Marketo. Implement and monitor web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Snowflake. Ensure marketing communications comply with GDPR, PECR, and other relevant regulations. Work closely with the creative and digital transformation teams to improve customer acquisition and retention. Support training initiatives for marketing teams on automation tools and best practices. Skills Required: 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with at least two marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, Marketo). Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and web tracking tools. Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
