Job Description

Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and provide solutions to improve workflows and deliver results. Deliver regular revenue and sales analysis to support business reviews and forecasts. Develop and lead enablement initiatives that promote the adoption of tools and best practices. Partner cross-functionally to provide data-led insights that drive efficiency and growth, collaborating with business line leadership teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Continuously monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and market trends, developing and leading change initiatives to maximize effectiveness in sales operations. Stay on top of technology enhancements to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for commercial enablement, ensuring the team leverages the latest tools and innovations. What Were Looking For: Minimum of 5-7 years experience working with Commercial teams and performance management analysis Expertise in deriving insights from data, account management principles, forecasting, sales tools, competitive intelligence analysis, and performance management to drive strategic decision-making and sales performance Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives in commercial operations Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, data analysis tools, and workflow management software, coupled with strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales, operations, finance, product development, and marketing teams in a global organization
