The Incumbent will be responsible for- CSR Activity Planning- Plan and execute monthly CSR initiatives across plant locations, aligned with organizational objectives and community impact goals. Identify local community needs and design CSR activities that address relevant social, environmental, or educational challenges. Coordinate with plant heads and local teams to ensure effective implementation and participation in CSR programs. Media & Public Relations- Coordinate with media and internal communication teams to ensure adequate coverage of CSR activities across print, digital, and social platforms. Draft press releases, event summaries, and content for media outreach in alignment with the companys communication strategy. Build and maintain relationships with media representatives to facilitate positive and consistent coverage. Monitor media mentions and coverage impact, preparing reports for internal review and strategic planning. CSR Engagements -Event & Meeting Coordination- Assist top management, particularly the Chairman, in communication with external agencies related to CSR initiatives. Provide end-to-end support during external CSR-related events (e.g., preparing speeches, dias plans, and relevant documentation). Organize and coordinate Chairman’s virtual and physical participation in social and CSR events, including scheduling, content preparation, and follow-up. 4. Traveling and assisting chairman in attending all these events. Stakeholder Coordination - Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and social organizations to ensure smooth coordination of CSR initiatives. Internal Communication - Communicate updates on CSR initiatives and social engagements through internal communication channels such as email, intranet, and newsletters. Ensure timely sharing of event highlights, speeches, and media coverage with employees to promote awareness and engagement. Reporting & Documentation - Prepare periodic presentations, reports, and documentation on CSR activities for internal review and external representation. 2. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation of all CSR activities for compliance and audit purposes.
