As the Centre Manager whilst you have overall responsibilities for all functions in the centre your primary focus is revenue generation.Responsibilities:Achieve Revenue targets for the centre both from new and existing customersGenerate Sales leads for prospective customersActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and invite them to The Little Gym CentrePrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferencesNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsLead a team of employees across different functionsCollaborate with team members to achieve better results in various functionsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsRequirementsProven experience in a direct sales and customer facing roleProficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachGraduateThe person must be healthy and fit since we deal with childrenSchedule:Day shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Sales: 1 year (Required)Language:English (Required)
