Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Oversee the daily operations of the private vaults and lockers, ensuring security and compliance with company policies. 2. Manage customer access to lockers while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. 3. Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines and other regulatory requirements related to locker management. 4. Handle customer queries, documentation, KYC verification, and locker agreements. 5. Maintain records of locker allotment, renewals, and security deposits. 6. Coordinate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required. 7. Supervise security personnel and monitor surveillance systems for safety. 8. Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks to mitigate risks. 9. Assist in cash and document management related to locker operations. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ex-bank employee with experience in branch operations, compliance, or locker management. 2. Mature and responsible individual, preferably aged 45-65. 3. Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, banking operations, and regulatory compliances related to lockers and financial security. 4. Good customer service skills with a high level of integrity and discretion. 5. Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities. 6.
