For more insights of the company, kindly visit our website https://www.axismyindia.org Key Responsibilities Design adaptive research schedules for the ‘a’ app, ensuring flexibility for changes and updates. Develop and manage surveys on the ‘a’ app, including question design and logic flow. Execute and manage Dip-stick research projects to gather quick insights. Generate insights using a combination of survey data, secondary research, modeled output and past data. Create impactful presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations. Tabulate and analyze data to extract actionable insights. Generate insights from data to inform business decisions and strategy. Conduct desk research to support ongoing and upcoming projects. Design and pilot test surveys to ensure clarity, reliability, and effectiveness. Coordinate with the field team for research related queries. Resolve field queries promptly to avoid project delays. Collaborate closely with the data analytics team to ensure seamless data flow and analysis. Conduct client-specific research projects for private and public sector clients, tailoring methodologies as needed. Assist in preparing client proposals by providing research-driven inputs and recommendations. Creating the presentations, documents, reports based on requirement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in market research, analytics, or a similar domain. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and survey tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experienced Required MSc in Statistics / MBA / BTech/ MTech. Experience working with app-based data, market research companies and multi-project analytics environments. Familiarity with analyzing multiple survey data.
