Position Summary: We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage and maintain positive relationships with our customers . Salary Rs18000 to Rs21000 Experience - 1 Year Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information Upsell and cross-sell products/services based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
