Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services. * Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions. and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor. * Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system. * Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality. * Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and problem resolution. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. * Experience: Previous experience of Min 6 months in a customer service or support role is required * Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. * Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
