The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service and also by maintaining weekly and monthly targets. The candidate will also be required to communicate with customers effectively, resolve customer inquiries, and upsell our healthcare products and services along with collaborated teamwork within the organization’s departments.
