Role & responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer service process and improve customer satisfaction. Be comfortable with rotational shifts to support our clients. Responsible for terminal monitoring and utilizing the ticketing system.
