Customer Care Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional support to our Indian and Bangladesh market customers in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and ensure a seamless gaming experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat related to account management, deposits, withdrawals, and promotions. Outbound Calling: Engage with customers for retention, promotions, and feedback collection. Issue Resolution: Address complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments. Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to iGaming regulations and company policies. Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to enhance engagement and loyalty. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years in customer service/call center (preferably in iGaming or related industries). Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages are a plus). Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, live chat platforms, and call handling tools. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in iGaming, online betting, or casino support. Knowledge of Indian gaming regulations and responsible gaming practices.
