Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, located in Mawal. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves supporting college / institute by addressing students needs / queries and providing them required information. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication skillsSales support skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyProficiency in using customer service software and toolsExperience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plusRelevant certifications or training in customer service is beneficial
