Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling customer queries, coordinating with the sales team, and managing product-related complaints efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product inquiries and issues. Provide accurate information and support related to HDPE packaging products. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met on time. Log and track customer complaints using the Signal application. Follow up on complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Manage the process of product returns and replacements. Assist in clearing pending bills by coordinating with internal teams and customers. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Key Skills Required Knowledge of HDPE packaging products (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Experience in complaint handling (Signal app knowledge). Basic understanding of sales coordination and billing processes.
