For their Office in Pune ,they have an opening for " Position: Customer Service Representative Location: Hinjewadi, Pune, India Reports To: Branch Manager India Scope: As a customer Service representative, this role will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail related to orders, inquiries, quotation etc. This position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: • Process customer orders and release order confirmation. • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries (stock check, pricing requests and general inquiries) in a timely manner and provide assistance to our sales team and distribution partners. • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs. • Maintain accurate and latest information in system(M3) regarding existing customer orders. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors degree with 5 to 8 years of work experience, preferred to have work experience from similar industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Ability to work in ERP(M3) system with sound knowledge of MS office tools. • This role may need to travel domestically and internationally for as per job requirement.
