Job Title: Customer Care Executive (Telecalling) Company: Neuberg Diagnostics Experience: 1-2 years Location: Perungudi. Work Timings: For Female : 6AM-2 PM OR 1PM-9 PM For Male :6AM-2 PM or 2-10 PM. Job Description: Neuberg Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (Telecalling) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about diagnostic services, and ensure a seamless experience for patients. Role & responsibilities : Handle inbound calls professionally. Provide information about diagnostic tests, services, and packages. Assist customers with appointment booking, test reports, and inquiries. Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues. Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery. Preferred candidate profile : 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics. Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
