Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Outbound Sales Location: Pitampura, Delhi Department: Customer Support / Sales Company: Nutristar Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (In hand per month) Job Summary: Nutristar is hiring a proactive and target-driven Customer Care Executive (Outbound Sales) to manage outbound calling for sales and cart recovery. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on abandoned cart recovery and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers Follow up on abandoned carts to maximize order recovery Clearly communicate product features, offers, and promotions Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions Meet set targets for calls and successful conversions Handle objections and provide excellent customer service Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, preferably in an e-commerce business Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred) Hands-on experience in abandoned cart recovery Knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking systems Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player What We Offer: Fixed salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (in hand) Incentives based on performance Supportive work environment Training and growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8081120718
