Job Description

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce and pitch the organization's services. Explain the value proposition of hiring retired Indian Army personnel, emphasizing their skills, discipline, and reliability. Identify and qualify leads by understanding the client's needs and matching them with the organization's offerings. Schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager with interested clients. Maintain a database of potential and current clients, updating contact information and call details. Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails to ensure continuous engagement. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment scheduling. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to provide relevant client information and insights. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on client responses and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as client connect or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client needs and handle different types of personalities. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Graduate; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.
