Role & Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional approach. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships. Product Knowledge: Develop expertise to provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and confidently explain our offerings. Sales Support: Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales. Lead Management: Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a pipeline of potential leads for the sales team. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback to enhance our products and services. Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues. Process Improvement: Share insights to enhance customer support and sales processes. Recruitment: Assist in calling, scheduling, and recruiting participants for user studies. Logistics: Coordinate and manage logistics for user study sessions. Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the team manager and other stakeholders. Preferred Candidate Profile High school diploma or equivalent (a related degree is a plus). Prior customer service or sales experience (good to have, but not mandatory); freshers are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Empathy and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure. Willingness to learn customer support and sales software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed. Interest in or experience with user studies or research is a plus.
