Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved satisfactorily and obtain feedback to improve customer service Requirements Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
