WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL and passion to solve complex problems at / SAADAA. We want someone who will be able to handle customer queries and make them a part of the brand WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Handle inbound & outbound calls to assist customers with queries, orders, exchanges, and returns. Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively while ensuring a positive experience. Provide accurate information about products, policies, and ongoing offers. Follow up with customers regarding pending issues, refunds, or escalated cases to ensure timely resolution. Maintain customer records and call logs in the system (CRM). Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, tech) to resolve order-related issues. Meet daily call targets and quality benchmarks for customer interactions. Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores through efficient and empathetic communication. WHO YOU ARE? Having customer service experience is a valuable asset. Must possess exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in additional languages being a bonus. Demonstrates a result-driven mindset and quick learning abilities. Comfortable with utilizing technology. Possesses solid knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel, providing an added advantage. Proficient in troubleshooting customers' issues and ensuring timely resolution. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills. Works effectively within a team. Maintains patience and a soft-spoken demeanor. Capable of handling irate customers. Able to comprehend and follow provided instructions.
