If you have good communication skills and are comfortable handling customer queries over calls, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to technical issues. Provide real-time troubleshooting support. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines. Document and escalate issues when needed. Requirements: Experience: 0 to 1 years in Technical Support (Voice Process).
