Freshers are most welcome as well. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Vendor Onboarding Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential vendors and converting them for the NCUI Haat platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving vendor acquisition goals. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Outreach: Conduct calls and follow-ups to potential vendors, introducing them to the NCUI Haat platform and its benefits. Vendor Conversion: Convince and convert prospective vendors to onboard their products/services on the NCUI Haat platform. Onboarding Assistance: Guide vendors through the entire onboarding process, including documentation, account setup, and understanding the platform's features. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly vendor onboarding targets and contribute to the overall growth of the platform. Provide Support: Offer ongoing support to onboarded vendors, ensuring they are satisfied and active on the platform. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, onboarding progress, and vendor feedback in the CRM system. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or vendor management is preferred, especially in e-commerce or online platform onboarding. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle objections and address concerns effectively. Proficient in using CRM tools Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
