We are looking for a dedicated Customer Delight Officer who will handle customer calls and messages. The ideal candidate is patient, friendly, and enjoys helping parents choose the perfect toys for their kids. Availability on Sundays is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer calls and respond to messages in a timely, polite, and professional manner. Assist customers with queries related to toys, deliveries, and exchanges. Resolve issues and provide accurate information about our services and subscription plans. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent support. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or support roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Availability to work on Sundays. Familiarity with support tools (preferred but not required). Patience and a customer-first attitude.
