About the role: As a Customer Experience Ninja at Gabit, you will decode customer needs and recommend personalised solutions, while delivering a memorable experience in their health journeys. You will play a crucial role in understanding user concerns and ensuring a resolution resulting in a seamless experience, ensuring customer satisfaction while building a strong relationship with our user base. What your day would look like: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceManage user queries on different platforms – email, chat, call and social mediaProvide accurate info on products, services, pricing, and promotionsRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chatInvestigate and resolve customer issues efficientlyCommunicate solutions clearly and conciselyUnderstand company offerings for informed customer responses Say hello if you’ve got: Excellent communication skillsCustomer-focused attitudeAbility to remain calm and composed in challenging situationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feetImmediate joining is a plus
