Job Description

What you will do:- 1. Develop and execute transformation strategies aligning with business goals and objectives. 2. Utilize engineering and process excellence practices to drive operational efficiency and innovation. 3. Enhance customer experience through effective product management strategies. 4. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of products and services. 5. Establish and enforce controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. 6. Drive performance improvement initiatives across all operational areas. 7. Lead and mentor teams through change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development. 8. Design and implement the entire transformation framework from planning to execution. 9. Manage a team of Individual Contributors, recruitment and onboarding tasks for the team. You Will be a great fit if you are:- Preferred who has directly or indirectly supported on below aspects: 1. Candidate with 10-15 yrs of experience. 2. Proven track record in strategic planning and successful execution of transformation projects. 3. Strong background in engineering, process optimization, and project management. 4. Demonstrated expertise in customer experience enhancement and product lifecycle management. 5. Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance, controls, and governance best practices. 6. Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve common goals and drive change. 7. Proficient in setting up comprehensive frameworks for transformation initiatives. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. 9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement and achieve desired outcomes. 10. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and driving sustainable change within organizations
