Role Overview We’re hiring a Delivery & Fulfillment Coordinator who will be the central link between customers, our production team, and delivery staff. You’ll manage daily orders, ensure timely coordination with the bakery for production, and guarantee seamless delivery to our D2C, B2B and B2C customers. Key Responsibilities Order Management Monitor incoming orders via WhatsApp Business, website, and other platforms Acknowledge and confirm orders with customers where required. Communicate with customers and internal staff for any specific requirements Organize and maintain order records in Excel or Google Sheets Sensitivity and optimisation for delivery costs Production Coordination Share daily order list with the bakery team Ensure clarity on SKUs, quantities, special instructions, and packaging requirements Follow up on timely readiness of orders Delivery Management Assign deliveries to drivers based on route and priority/delivery time Coordinate live delivery updates and resolve delivery issues in real time Track and ensure timely fulfillment of every order Customer Communication Respond to basic customer queries on order status, delivery ETA, or custom instructions Maintain polite and professional communication tone at all times Escalate complex issues to the right internal team Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily dispatch reports and delivery logs Track delayed or failed deliveries and report root causes Maintain logs for repeat clients and institutional orders ________________________________________________________________________________________ Must-Have Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3–5 years of experience in order coordination, dispatch, logistics, or customer delivery handling (FMCG/F&B preferred) Strong command over WhatsApp Business tools , basic e-commerce portals , and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail, especially with custom or perishable orders Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure Fluent in English , Hindi , and Marathi preferred Experience dealing with drivers/delivery teams and production staff Good-to-Have Attributes Experience with D2C brands , FMCG logistics , or bakeries Knowledge of order management tools or dispatch software Familiarity with clean-label food or organic/natural products Perks Fixed salary(Rs. 30,000-40,000 pm) + opportunity for performance incentives(Rs. 10,000-15,000pm) Be part of a growing, mission-driven brand Exposure to both tech-enabled and high-touch food operations Friendly and collaborative work culture Reporting Reporting to the CEO / Operations Manager Office time will be 9:30am till 5:30pm.
