Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to schedule onboarding calls and ensure seamless integration into our platform. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries via email, phone, or chat. Assist new customers in setting up their accounts, resolving initial issues, and familiarizing them with our features and services. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing) to develop effective strategies for welcoming new customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in client onboarding or a related field (customer support/service). Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse clients over various channels (email/phone/chat). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues related to software setup.
