Job Description (JD) – Manager, Operations & Customer Relations Job Title: Manager – Operations & Customer Relations Industry: Facility Management Location: Sector 72A Gurgaon Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with experience in operations management and customer relations within the facility management industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading operations teams, ensure smooth business processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to visit client sites as required are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Lead and oversee the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery. Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Site Visits: Conduct client site visits as needed to monitor service quality and resolve operational issues. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the operations team for optimal performance. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to industry standards and generate reports for management. Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to streamline operations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations & customer relations within the facility management industry . Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration , Operations Management, or a related field . Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation. Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills . Flexibility: Comfortable with flexible working hours based on business needs. Mobility: Willingness to visit client sites as required within NCR. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in handling large-scale facility operations . Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards .
